Welcome to Rudhrax Car Rental. By booking a vehicle through our website (https://rudhraxcarrental.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
A booking is only confirmed once the advance payment (as per the selected plan) is successfully processed via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of pickup or as specified in your booking confirmation.
The renter must possess a valid, original Driving License.
Original ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID) must be presented at the time of vehicle delivery.
Rudhrax Car Rental reserves the right to refuse service if valid documents are not provided.
Cancellation 24 hours prior to booking: 100% refund will be processed.
Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund will be provided.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days through the original payment method.
The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, racing, or driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Only the authorized person mentioned in the booking/agreement is allowed to drive the vehicle.
Extra kilometers or extended rental hours will be charged as per the rates mentioned in the tariff card.
The vehicle is provided in good condition. Any new damage, scratches, or accidents caused during the rental period will be the renter’s responsibility.
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform us and file a police report (FIR) if required.
The renter is liable for any traffic fines or violations occurred during the rental period.
The vehicle will be provided with a [Full/Half] tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level. If not, the fuel charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Rudhrax Car Rental is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
We are not liable for any delays caused by traffic, mechanical failure, or force majeure events.
