At Rudhrax Car Rental, we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free booking experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.
Cancellations must be requested via email to support@rudhraxcarrental.com or by calling us at +91-7297003610.
Cancellation requests sent via social media or unauthorized channels will not be entertained.
More than 48 hours before pickup: 100% of the advance amount will be refunded (minus processing fees).
24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund will be provided.
No-Show: If the customer does not show up at the designated pickup time and location, the entire advance payment will be forfeited.
Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (or bank account) within 7 to 10 working days.
Processing fees (bank/gateway charges) incurred during the original booking will not be refunded.
In the event of vehicle breakdown or unavailability from our side, we will either provide an alternative vehicle or issue a 100% refund of the booking amount.
No refunds will be granted for early returns or unused rental days.
